At RoyalPopStrap, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging included.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
• No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Final Sale Items

• We do not have final sale items. All products are eligible for return within the return window stated above.
